I just received an email from Scott Colby’s website with a healthy smoothie recipe, so I thought I’d share! ( search him on YouTube for workouts)
Ingredients:
1-Cup of Ice
1-Cup of Unsweetened Coconut Milk
1-Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
1-Cup of Fresh or Frozen Pineapple
(Fresh has better flavor)
1⁄2 - Cup of Coconut flakes – unsweetened.
Mix in a blender and enjoy!

I have been wanting to post videos of my favorite workouts.. But my boyfriend (who would also be my video man) has a really crazy work schedule. I make up names for things..
